Dealing With Life’s Transitions

 

Change is stressful. Even good transitions in your life cause emotional upheaval because we are all creatures of habit. But never fear, there are steps you can take to navigate your life transitions with grace and ease.

* Get help. You don't have to handle it all by yourself. By using a professional coach you are tapping into a time-tested method of success.

*Treat your transition holistically. All changes, even minor ones, have a ripple effect on every other part of your life, much like a pebble thrown in a pond. Remember to take this into consideration.

* Be clear on what you want. Indecision can play a large role in adding extra stress to life transitions. But by knowing where you are going you can lessen this stressor.
